Faq

All in-stock products will be shipped within 7 days of placing your order. We will do our best to ship promptly and all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
You can cancel an item as long as we have not started the shipping process. If your order has already been delivered to the warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes or honor any cancellation requests.
All orders are shipped via Amazon Logistics. Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages.
We cannot change your order if you have already received a tracking number. If you need to change your shipping address, you can contact the carrier directly to see if they can reschedule your order. Additional charges may apply.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with one or more tracking numbers that you can use to check the status of your order. Please provide tracking information within 48 hours. If you have not updated your tracking information within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our Customer Experience team for further assistance.
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
