How do I place an order?

Simply browse our catalog → select size/color options → add to cart → checkout with your preferred payment method. You’ll receive confirmation and tracking info via email

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and other region-appropriate digital payments (depending on your country). All payments are processed securely.

What are your shipping options & how long does delivery take?

We currently offer international shipping from our base in China.

Typical delivery times: 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use that to monitor its progress via the courier’s website.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship globally — though in rare cases, local customs or regulations may impose restrictions. During checkout, our system lets you know if shipping to your address is unavailable.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return & exchange policy?

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — we offer a limited warranty on manufacturing defects for a specified period (e.g. 6 months). It doesn’t cover damage from misuse or normal wear. Check our warranty details for full terms.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can request a cancellation or changes before we ship your order. Once the item has been dispatched, changes may not be possible. Contact us ASAP with your order number.

How do I care for / maintain my water gear?

  • Rinse with fresh water after use (especially after saltwater)
  • Avoid sharp objects or tumble surfaces
  • Inflate to recommended PSI (don’t overinflate)
  • Store dry, in shade, when not in use

Are your products safe / certified?

Our products are designed with safety in mind, using durable materials and industry-standard manufacturing. If you require specific certifications (e.g. CE, ASTM), please reach out and we’ll share compliance details.
