COOLWAVE® 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
- Under the terms of this policy, we offer returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. You may return your product for a refund to your original payment method.
- Returned items must be in like-new condition, with no obvious signs of wear, and returned with all original parts and accessories. All products are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. If the product is found to be in poor condition or is missing any original parts or accessories, this may reduce the amount of your refund.
- All returns must be inthe original packaging and include all accessories. If you do not have the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- COOLWAVE® reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
How to return a product
- First contact our customer service team at: Heycoolwave@gmail.com to register return information (including: Returns or Exchanges, Order ID, Name, email, Subject, Message, Photo). Please send all returns to the address* listed on the return form Product return to COOLWAVE®. Returns must include all original parts and accessories.
- You can send your order using any shipping service as long as the package comes with a tracking number. Please email us the tracking number!
- The entire return and refund process may take up to 10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Please note: Returns must be completed within 7 working days of receipt of authorization. Late returns will not be refunded.
Exchange product
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at Heycoolwave@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Upon receipt of the defective product, we will conduct a thorough inspection and notify you via email if you are eligible for a replacement. If you qualify, we will send you a new product.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel an item as long as we have not started the shipping process. If your order has already been delivered to the warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes or honor any cancellation requests.
